Payment terms and billing details will be outlined in individual service agreements with clients. Non-payment or late payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Peer Solution agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and data. Clients must also ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information shared with our agents.
Any intellectual property developed during the provision of services will be the property of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the terms of the service agreement.
